Kindly recall our telephonic discussion regarding formation of Central Govt. Subordinate Offices Stenographers Confederation with full-fledge statutory powers as elected body, approval of the DOPT, representation to DOPT Policy meetings, Staff Side of JCM and Committee/ Commission/ Board Meetings and Seminars conducted by Govt. of India.

Please collect the comprehensive list of Stenographers through the Central Associations of stenographers or by writing to individual offices through the local Unit in its jurisdiction. In this way, we may bring into the ambit of majority of the Stenographers of all Grades in the subordinate offices as all of us are the worst suffers of time bound promotions, Non-functinal promotions, In-situ promotions in comparison to the Stenographers of Central Secretariat and attached offices. which will enable us enough strength to flight unanimously with the Govt. and legally.
As desired, I am sending the data in the prescribed proforma in the attached file with a request to update the same in the data bank.

I am also willing cordially to contribute my membership fees and any other additional fees to develop a modern resourceful Website with link to other Stenographers Associations, upload Recruitment Rules of Stenographers of all Grades in Subordinate Offices as well as Central Secretariat, duty, responsibilities and pay scales, promotions, MACPs and its contradictions, all circulars issued by DOPT, all orders, circulars, notifications etc. of Govt of India including 6th CPC so that the CSCGSA members may have better knowledge to fight their cause unitedly,
